Ensuring that Social Champ’s personality is being reflected in all our content. Look for gaps in the content and recommend new topics. Finding new platforms for our content to venture into and creatively remixing existing platforms to break the clutter. Conducting keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs. Customer Advocate at Social Champ is responsible for driving customer value, retention, and advocacy across our entire customer base. We seek to understand and advance our customers’ business goals and objectives.

Customer Advocate serves as the first point of contact for our customers, supporting all of their questions and needs.

As a Customer Advocate you will: Maintain communication (via calls, emails, chats, etc.) Take ownership of issues reported by customers and see problems through to resolution. Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues along with the Development team. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
