Here’s what will happen in case you move on and ask for a refund;
- If you submit a request for a refund during the first fifteen days of the subscription, you are eligible for a full, excluding the processing fee charged on your plan. After fifteen days of purchase, no refund request will be entertained.
- The refund policy does not apply to customers who come through the saver’s deals. Similarly, all one-time fees are non-refundable.
That being said, if you encounter any issues on our platform, feel free to contact our customer support. We will try our best to assist you and solve your problem.
All your payments will be reverted to your registered bank account within the five business days.
We hope it never comes to this. But if it does, we aim to be as helpful as possible and make the process as convenient for you as though it is for us to lose a customer as awesome as you!

In particular, we may store your name and email address as well as information on the particular page or profile you connect, including post content and engagement data. This data will only be used by Social Champ to provide you with the service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

In addition, we may use your contact information to market to you, and provide you with information about, our products and services, including but not limited to our Service. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please un-follow us, or follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. You may also opt-out of receiving commercial emails from us by sending your request to us by email at [email protected]. Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

In several instances, the content published via Social Champ will not be in Social Champ’s custody or control, and any content that has been shared by you through any Supported Platform or Third-Party Apps via the Services may continue to be available to third parties and the public at large, as this content is now under the control of the operators of the Supported Platforms and/or the Third-Party Apps.
