The biggest challenge is creating content and also defining when it is too much or when it is less. Finding topics to do for each audience to their satisfaction is a big problem.
Consistency is also another problem, most managers struggle to be consistent especially because of fast trends. Finding freedom in content creation to not only please others but to please yourself is a difficult task.
a) Asking your viewers what content they want or like rather than guessing what they would want, the content created should address the needs and desires of your audience.
b)You can ask viewers by creating surveys, social listening, and asking your sales and customer service team what consumers are asking for.
c) Be aware of industry reports and trends, this way one creates content according to the trends and the current perspectives.
d) Having a look at what other content creators are doing, checking out on what your competitors are doing motivates and is also a way to borrow ideas.”
